Climbing back on

I fell off the wagon this week but I am climbing back on. At least that is how I feel. This week was marked by a lot of particularly unhealthy eating, a noticeable lack of planned exercise and little progress on my projects at work. Having said that, it really was not a bad week overall, I just did not do the things that I had planned. Now I am climbing back on, I signed up for the triathlon so I am now committed. Hopefully that will give me the kick I need to get back on my plan. Plus I am going to go get my bike today so I can start riding again. It has been two weeks without it and I am having feelings of withdraw. I took it into the shop where I bought it for a free 90 day check up which mainly consists of adjusting the stretched wires. The shop is an hour drive away so it is really not convenient. I really really like the people there and want to support them but I think this is the last time I take it there. It is just to inconvenient, sorry Jilian.

One particular bright spot this week was my team winning our first summer Frisbee league game. We fell behind about 10-6 and slowly climbed back to win. As the game progressed you could definitely see the whole team improve. I feel that I did not play as well as I could have but I did ok.
