One month
It has been a month since I started to blog and so far I am pretty happy with my effort. I would like to be adding entries a little more often but I am honestly surprised I have posted as much as I have. I definitely like it and have become a little addicted to it.
I am getting a little annoyed with my left leg. I am not sure if I pulled something or if it is just sore. The problem is with my quads and it is going on ten days now since it first started. It is not constant but is persistent. For example I played Frisbee after work today. I ran hard, moved quite a bit and my leg did not bother me. It was later when I was wandering around the house that it started to bother me. Saturday while riding the 38 miles there was one hill where it bothered me so much I had to power up the hill with only my right leg. But other than that it was fine even up other hills just as bad. I backed off my exercise but I don’t want to stop altogether. If it is not better this weekend I really will stop all exercise next week. I hate to do it but I am easily biking and running the distances I need for the Challenge so I figure that I am ahead of the game. I just need to put the three exercises together.
Well not much else to say. My good friend Eileen* sent me this link. I thought it was very funny. Maybe you will too, enjoy. Store Wars
* Eileen was kind enough to forgive me for Saturday. She really is a wonderful person. I am however a little suspicious of Jilian. She made me sign up for a marathon but did not sign up herself. Is this another example of the Wilderness Ride where she talks me into it and then does not go herself. We shall see.

What little faith you have in me. For the record you knew I wasn't doing the ride well before you signed up for it :) I will be running in Arizona!
Ummm, I knew that you were not riding before the day of the event. But not until after I had signed up and spent my money. :)
I don't remember committing. Sorry :(
No problem, I am just teasing. :)
And people think guys have trouble commiting...I'm signed up for Arizona!
First, Joel, I am glad you are a regular Blogger now!!!
Second, 'zona, I'm there :) Going to be interesting training through the fall football season.
So that is three guys committed and no women. Hmmmmm, r.m I think you are right.
