I’m committed

No, I am not writing from a mental institution though that might not be bad idea. And after reading this some of you may think I should be instituted. Today I sent in my registration for the New River Valley Challenge Triathlon. I had hoped to beat Jilian to this announcement but alas she has actually committed this time. :) Soon I start what will be a fun gauntlet of four events in six weeks. You are welcome to join in or just come along for the ride.

August 20th is the Burkes Garden Century.
September 4th is the Virginia Beach half marathon.
September 17th is the NRV Challenge.
October 2nd is the Army Ten Miler.

We’ll see how I feel at the end of this. If nothing else I should finally lose the weight I have been trying to get rid of. :)
