Clueless

So once again I have let my grass get a little tall but I did not realize it was this bad. So I am out mowing the lawn in a slowly shrinking circle from the outside in. I have already been in the back yard mowing for about twenty minutes pushing the mower along when an adult rabbit suddenly pop’s up out of the grass about a foot away startling the heck out of me and dashes off. It wasn’t a small rabbit; I was really surprised a rabbit could be that nearby and not even notice it. I guess I need to mow a little more often. Oh well, I like having rabbits around.

We had a rabbit family in our garden this year - cute little critters.

I've had two different neighbors mention they noticed how long my grass was in the 3 months I've been in my house. I think I'm the 'bad seed' on the street!

GREAT to see you yesterday @ Food Lion! Enjoy the VT game and maybe we can start having lunches soon?

Well sis, if you are not going to take the time required to cut the grass, (and that is a wee bit trifling :-), these are the options as I see it...
1. Buy a riding tractor.
2. Kill all the grass (I hear round-up works)
3. Order a yard service who mows 2 or 3 times a month (maybe they would upkeep the nice flower beds too)
4. Pave

Now a couple of those may hurt resale value.

But when you already have neighbors complaining, you should really do something about it, out of respect for your neighbors.
