A good call

Sunday my friend Eileen gave me a call. She was out in Denver visiting a friend when they awoke to the sound of running feet. So they moseyed over to the front window to see what was going on and to their surprise they saw many many people running by with bid numbers on. It turns out that Sunday was the running of the Denver marathon. So they made daiquiris, grabbed some chairs and went out to watch and cheer.

It was a nice call that made me laugh. Some day I shall sit and relax while watching a marathon. :)
